Thoroughly enjoyed this short course. Completed it in a day, the course consisted of videos, curated materials, an assessment and a digital badge. Personally, I benefited from reinforcement of Vuca,Vuca Prime, Bani but more importantly, a reminder of the power of being mindful, improving my own self awareness of the impacts complex changes bring to a business and how as practitioners we can successfully play a role in improving accountability for change agendas.

The Agile Change Leadership Certification course, and it was quite the journey! What made it stand out was its unique blend of deep reflection and hands-on experimentation.
Instead of just talking theory, we got our hands dirty with experiments. We interacted with each module, tackled scenarios, and learned by doing. It was refreshing to see theory come to life in such a tangible way.
Both Lena and Dr. Jen were engaging facilitators, guiding us through each learning bump with expertise and offering invaluable insights and experiences along the way. Reading their perspectives and feedback to my submitted experiments really broadened my understanding of change leadership.

We did the Agile Change Leadership course as a team which involved us independently watching the videos and spending time together reflecting and committing to actions. The layout of the course made it easy to focus on a chapter at a time and allow time to implement some of the actions between each reflection session. Being able to test out ideas and tools allowed us to practically apply the skills.
