Proud to finally share that I’ve completed the Agile Change Manager certification with the Agile Change Leadership Institute.
Truth is, I finished it a while ago. But I didn’t post about it at the time. I was navigating a work environment that didn’t align with who I am as a Change Leader, and I wasn’t in the right headspace to celebrate the achievement or fully apply what I had learned.
𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡. 𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬, 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐟𝐮𝐥.
Looking back, I can see how much I took from that experience 🙏 💖 The course gave me practical tools to lead in agile environments with structure, empathy, and clarity. But more importantly, it reminded me of the kind of leader I want to be. Someone who creates space for people, brings calm in complexity, and helps others feel safe to embrace change ✨

Shoutout to Dr Jen Frahm and Lena Ross for creating a course that feels more like a smart, engaging conversation than formal training. I’ve already recommended it to a few peers. It’s sharp, practical, and exactly what modern change leaders need in complex environments!
If you’re navigating complex change in fast-paced environments, I highly recommend this learning path.
The Agile Change Leadership Certificate course was really valuable and delivered by two experts in the field of change and agility. I now have an in-depth understanding of Agile and Change Leadership and the confidence to apply it
When working for an Australian-based client, I was introduced to Agile Change Leadership Institute and received one of their certifications where I learned more in a few hours than I did in the entire Prosci course.
Just completed their Agile Change Management Certificate program, which was fantastic. I definitely recommend this program. As a seasoned change manager who already practices some agile change management, I still learned a bunch of new skills and tips and the template pack is a great resource.
The lessons have been put together so well to give you the theory, science and practical examples of how undertake change using agile thinking – great short course thoroughly recommended it
I’m happy to share that I’ve obtained a new certification: Agile Change Manager from the Agile Change Leadership Institute! Thank you Ginny Sorensen for the opportunity to be a part of this wonderful cohort and Dr Jen Frahm and Lena Ross for the engaging content. Excited to begin leveraging the amazing tools and resources now at our disposal! hashtag#agilehr hashtag#agilechangemanagement
Somewhere in August last year, I decided on something that would add another “game changer” in my professional journey 🛣
=========================================
I enrolled in Brain-Friendly Change Certification from Agile Change Leadership Institute and never looked back.
Why “game changer”?
I called it that because in my journey as Change Management (CM) practitioner I’ve had multiple “game changers” ;
✔️ 1st was accepting roles as CM,
✔️ 2nd was implementing the relations of Change Impact to Business Benefits,
✔️ 3rd was learning about ONA (Organizational Network Analysis),
✔️ 4th was creating my own CM Framework and Workshops,
✔️ 5th was getting certified in Leading & Managing People-Centred Change from Durham Univ. Business School
🎖 And the 6th, is getting certified in Brain-Friendly Change 🎖
That’s why LEARNING NEVER STOP is so so true 👌🏼
With the easy-to-digest and time-management-friendly contents, plus all the relatable insights that has seen REAL case coming from REAL practitioners and experts of CM involved in people-centric situations, this has been an eye-opening learning for me 📚✨️
Big shout out of thanks to Ali Uren ♻️ who connected me (in LinkedIn network) to Michelle Teunis (M.npn) and in turned educated me in brain-friendly change, together with Dr Jen Frahm and Lena Ross . hashtag#KUDOS to you all 🎉🫰🏼🎉💯
